Vanessa joined Emotest in 2010, where she works as a socio-health auxiliary. Her figure is crucial for the proper functioning of all facilities as she ensures the cleaning and sanitation of all environments and clothing of the entire healthcare personnel.
Daniela joined Emotest in 1992, where she began her career as a biologist carrying out immunochemistry and hematology analysis; Daniela also performs food intolerance tests and offers dietary and nutrition consultations. In 2016, Daniela introduced specific screening in the laboratory for the diagnosis of cutaneous mycosis. Since 2000 she has been appointed Medical Director carrying out supervision and approval of laboratories methodologies and responding to the reliability of the results. She supervises internal and external quality controls, adhering for the latter to the program outlined by the Tuscany Region, in collaboration with the Careggi Hospital in Florence. In addition, Daniela monitors the suitability of the equipment and systems, the reporting, recording and storaging of tests results.
Daniela obtained a degree in Biological Sciences in 1988 at the University of Perugia and achieved entitlement to the occupation of biologist in 1989. In 1994, she obtained the specialization in Biochemistry and Clinical Chemistry at the University of Camerino. In 2001, she improved her professional training by obtaining a Masters in Clinical and Dietetic Nutrition at the University of Siena. In 2016 she attended the theoretical and practical course on the diagnostic aspects of mycosis at the University of Ancona.
Stefania joined Cardiomed in 2011 where she carries out nursing activities alongside the medical figure during the execution of several exams such as ECG, polysomnographs, cardiac and pressure holter and stress tests. Stefania is also authorized to perform blood sample collection. More recently, Stefania is the nursing manager of Cardiomed, thus taking care of the procurement of health products and materials.
Stefania holds a Bachelor degree in Nursing and a Master in Health Management, both obtained at the Polytechnic University of Marche in 2011 and 2017.
Giorgia joins Emotest in 2021 where she is mainly responsible for the microbiology and bacteriology. Before joining our team, Giorgia gained research experience both in Italy and abroad. During her stay at the Experimental Hematology Laboratory of the Polytechnic Hospital of Valencia, she studied the reprogramming of monocytic cells into hepatocyte cells. Subsequently, during her stay at the Armenise-Harvard laboratory of Cancer Biology and Genetics at the University of Trento, she studied the involvement of the transcription factor NKX31 in the development of prostate cancer.
Giorgia holds a Bachelor degree in Biological Sciences at the University of Ferrara in 2018. She then moved to the University of Trento, where she graduated in Cellular and Molecular Biotechnology in 2021.
Francesco joined Emotest in 1997. Inside the laboratory, Francesco is in charge of collecting blood sample both on site or at the patient’s domicile. Francesco is also responsible for the correct maintenance and supplying of the blood sampling ambulatories.
Francesco obtained the diploma of professional nurse in 1995 and then expanded his professional training by obtaining the 1st level degree and then the 1st level master in Nursing at the University of Chieti - Pescara and University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, respectively.
Valeria joins the San Paolo Medical Center in 2020, where she organizes and carries out birthing courses for labor, breastfeeding and the postnatal period both on site and at home. More recently Valeria offers pelvic floor rehabilitation sessions. Within Emotest, Valeria performs cervico-vaginal swabs, pap tests and is enabled to collect blood sample. Before joining our group, Valeria carried out obstetric consultancy in several outpatient clinics in the area.
Valeria holds a Degree in Obstetrics, obtained in 2013 at the Polytechnic University of Marche in Ancona. In the same year, she enrolled in the Order of the Obstetric profession.
Silvia joins the San Paolo Medical Center in 2019 where she introduces for the first time birthing, postnatal care and breastfeeding courses. She takes care of the obstetric ambulatory for the treatment of pelvic floor dysfunctions and for prevention through the execution of pap tests, pap checks, HPV tests and cervico-vaginal swabs. Silvia also works as a freelancer at other facilities in the area, organizing neonatal aquatic courses, yoga in pregnancy and yoga in the band. In the home setting, Silvia is available to accompany mothers during the postnatal period and breastfeeding.
Before joining our group, she covered hospital and outpatient roles, training herself in particular in childbirth assistance, in the execution of cardiotocographic traces, bone densitometry, assistance to colposcopy, ECG execution and stress tests and positioning of cardiac and blood pressure holter.
She graduated in Obstetrics in 2010 at the University of Perugia and subsequently obtained a first level Master degree in "Autonomy of the midwife in the management of low-risk pregnancy, childbirth and puerperium" in 2021 at the University of of Modena and Reggio Emilia and the diploma of certified teacher of Yoga in Pregnancy and Yoga in fascia in March 2022, at Yoga in Fascia Academy.
Lanfranco joins Cardiomed in 2019 where he performs diagnostic exams such as X-rays and Moc-DEXA in collaboration with the radiologist. Lanfranco also worked as a radiologist technician in several locations located in the Vasta 4 ASUR Area and was the territorial coordinator of the "Medical Radiology Health Technicians".
Lanfranco holds the Diploma of Radiology obtained at the Umberto I Hospital in Ancona in 1978.
Federica joins Emotest in 2020 where she is responsible for Covid molecular tests, cardiovascular genetics and HPV. Before joining the group, Federica began her professional experience as a Biologist at another clinical laboratory of the territory. In addition, during her academic studies at the Polytechnic University of Marche, Federica contributed to a project aimed at revealing the efficacy of ruthenium-based compounds as chemotherapeutic agents on breast cancer cells.
Federica graduated in Biological Sciences in 2015 and then in Molecular and Applied Biology in 2017 at the Polytechnic University of Marche. Subsequently, she obtained the entitlement for the profession of Senior Biologist and is therefore enrolled in the Order of Biologists.
Arianna joined Emotest in 1997 where she began her professional activity as a Biologist carrying out immunometry, hematology and coagulation analysis. In 2003, she has been appointed sales manager. As such, Arianna maintains commercial relationships with local companies, suppliers, customers, patients and public health institutions such as ASUR and the Marche Region; she is also entrusted with the responsibility of customer support. Previously, Arianna has often held the role of Supervisor for secondary schools and/or University trainees from the biomedical faculties of the Marche Region. In addition, Arianna carries out registration, reporting and archiving of patient analytical data.
Arianna graduated with honors in Biological Sciences in 1995 and the Postgraduate Diploma in Biochemistry and Clinical Chemistry in 2001 at the University of Camerino. As part of her specialization studies, Arianna investigated the protective role of short-chain fatty acids produced by the intestinal bacterial flora in the development of colon mucosal cancer. She joined the order of Biologists in 1997.
Maite joins the San Paolo Medical Center in 2021 as Analyst. As such, she is responsible for the management, coordination and interpretation of the Big Data in order to grow and improve the organization. Furthermore, Maite aims at linking science, innovation and business by identifying, through the review of scientific literature and stakeholder engagement, growth opportunities within the company's core business in order to introduce new health services.
Before joining the group, Maite carried out scientific research as a PhD Fellow at Copenhagen University where, as part of a 5M euro project funded by Novo Nordisk, she developed a mouse model of spinal cord injury, identified a drug and its molecular target in order to prevent the clinical signs of spasticity. The results of this study, published in Science, are preliminary to the development of pharmacological protocols for the execution of clinical trials conducted on paraplegic patients. Previously, Maite carried out research at UCL in London applying state-of-the-art optical techniques on a mouse model in order to study in vivo the activity of visual cortex neural circuits during the execution of behavioral tests. During her stay at the Ludwig Maximilan Universitat of Munich, Maite has implemented a gene therapy approach aimed at supporting the regeneration of damaged neuronal circuits following spinal cord injury.
Maite holds a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Biotechnology and a Master's Degree in Medical Biotechnology and Translational Medicine from the University of Milan in 2014 and 2017. In 2021, Maite obtained a PhD in Neuroscience from the Neuroscience Department of Copenhagen University.
Silvia joins the San Paolo Medical Center in 2020 where she manages the accounting for Emotest and Cardiomed, monitoring their fiscal and tax situation. Before joining the group, Silvia worked as freelance or associated accountant in the province of Fermo.
Silvia holds a degree in Economics from the Marche Polytechnic University.
Francesca joined Emotest in 2014, where she developed her bachelor project concerning prenatal diagnosis techniques and also acquired skills on the microbiology and bacteriology. Between 2016 and 2018, Francesca splits her time between Emotest and the Polytechnic University of Marche to run a project on the effects of different ovarian hormone treatments on the steroidogenesis of cumulus oophores cells. Finally, from 2021, Francesca is authorized to collect blood samples.
Francesca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences and a Master’s degree in Applied Molecular Biology, both obtained at the Polytechnic University of Marche.
Roberto joins Cardiomed in 2011 where he carries out administrative and accounting activities. He manages the medical and paramedical staff: from interviews to orientation meetings, recruitment and presentation of the facility. Roberto negotiates agreements with private insurance companies and agreements with public and private health facilities at regional and extra-regional level including:
- GVM Group;
- Monzino Cardiology Center;
- San Donato Milanese Polyclinic;
- Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute;
- A.O. North Marche.
In 2012 he has been appointed sales manager. As such, he maintains commercial relationships with local companies, suppliers, customers. Roberto is also the contact person of the clinic for the processing of personal data.
Roberto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a Master's Degree in Management of Businesses and Health Services, achieved at the Polytechnic University of Marche in 2007 and the Catholic University of the Sacro Cuore of Rome in 2009.
Diego joined San Paulo Medical Center in 2017 where he works as Podologist and manager for the Foot Care Center. Diego is specialized in the diagnosis and treatment of podal pathologies. Specifically, within the Center, Diego treats:
- morphological and structural alterations of the foot that generate musculoskeletal pathologies with related skin and nail alterations;
- realization of corrective and personalized orthotic insoles;
- collaborates with general practitioners and other health professionals to assist people with diabetes.
Furthermore, Diego has been appointed as President of the Podiatrists' Association of Marche Region and is a member of the A.M.P.I. board of directors.
Diego received his degree in Podiatry in 2016 from the University of Milan.
Enrica joined San Paolo Medical Center in 2017 where she works as Director of the Foot Care Center. Within the Center, Enrica is specialized in the following areas:
- prevention of diabetic vascular foot;
- alterations in plantar support from child to adult;
- foot of the geriatric and rheumatic patient;
- treatment of onychopathies.
Furthermore, Enrica has been appointed as President of the “Associazione Mercurio Podologi Internazionale” (A.M.P.I) and since 2021 she is entrusted as Treasurer of the Board for the Order TSRM/PSTRP.
Previously, Enrica coordinated several projects for the Marche Region. Among those, in 2006 she worked as project manager of the Multidisciplinary Experimental Center of the foot at ASUR Marche; in 1994, she worked as coordinator of the podiatric activity in a partnership within the Hospital A. Murri and the Diabetes Center in Fermo. In addition, Enrica has been a lecturer at the Master of Rehabilitative Podiatric Sciences in the academic year 2007-2008, at the University Gabriele d'Annunzio of Chieti.
Enrica obtained the diploma of podiatrist at the I.N.R.C.A of Ancona and the degree in Podiatry at the University La Sapienza of Rome. Later, she completed her education by obtaining a Master in Health Economics and a Master in Coordination of Health Professions.
Cristiana joined Emotest in 2004, where she carries out clinical-chemistry, immunology and coagulation analysis. She is authorized to collect blood samples and is also the internal contact for the processing of personal data. During her academic studies at the University of Camerino, Cristiana participated in a research project aimed at investigating the role of aquaporin4 (AQP4) in the regulation of neuronal homeostasis, subsequently publishing in the "European Journal of Histochemistry".
Cristiana she has a Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Camerino in 2003. Subsequently, she obtains the entitlement for the profession of Senior Biologist and enrolled in the Order of Biologists in 2004.
Madeira joined Emotest in 2001 where she began her professional activity as a Biologist. Within the laboratory she has specialized in the field of microbiology, bacteriology and she carries out microscopic analysis for the diagnosis of intestinal parasitosis. Madeira also carries out hormonal assays involved in dietary dysfunctions and seminal fluid analysis for the investigation of fertility issues. Since 2007 she has been authorized to collect capillary and venous blood samples. Since 2016, Madeira has been offering consultancy in the field of nutrition.
In 2002 Madeira obtained a degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Ancona, a diploma as a laboratory technician, from the professional institute of the Pannaggi high school, Macerata and she enrolled in the Order of Biologists.
Elisa joins Emotest in 2020, where she performs Molecular Biology and Microbiology assays. Before joining our team, Elisa contributed to a project aimed at studying the role of exosomal miRNAs in myelodysplastic syndromes at the Hematology Laboratory of the Polytechnic University of Marche.
Elisa received her Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences in 2015 and a Master's degree in Applied Molecular Biology in 2017, both at the Polytechnic University of Marche. In the same year she obtained the qualification for the profession of Senior Biologist, enrolling in the Order of Biologists.
Natalia joined Centro Medico San Paolo in 2008 where she works as accountant for Emotest and Cardiomed, monitoring their fiscal and tax situation.
Emilia joins the Emotest group in 2021, where she carries out nursing activities both on site and at patient’s domicile. Her competences include: the execution of swabs for culture tests, nasopharyngeal swabs and blood sample collection. Emilia also contributes for the front desk and management of test results.
Emilia graduated in Nursing at the Polytechnic University of Marche in 2021. In the same year, she passed the state exam and enrolled in the Order of Nurses of Fermo.
Annamaria joins Cardiomed in 2020 as the Head and Medical Director of the Imaging Department. Annamaria performs:
- Abdominal ultrasound scans for the identification of chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, doppler ultrasounds of the splanchnic vessels, thyroid, mammaries, superficial tissues, musculoskeletal tissues, testicular, penine, urethral, thoracic;
- Traditional radiology, contrast exams of the digestive tract and urocystographies.
- Imaging Results Interpretation, Reporting.
Before joining Cardiomed, Annamaria worked as a radiologist at the Vasta Area 4 of the Marche Region, was appointed Head of the Operational Unit of Territorial Radiological Services, Director of the Complex Operational Unit of "Radiodiagnostics" in the Area Vasta 4 and held the role of Vice President of the Medical Association of Fermo until 2021.
Annamaria has a degree in Medicine and Surgery and a specialization in Radiodiagnostics achieved respectively at the University of Bologna and the University of Chieti.
Crispino joins Cardiomed in 2020 where he holds the role of Health Director.
Inside the Center, Crispino offers dermatological services and aesthetic medicine consultancy.
Crispino graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Perugia in 1978 and specializes in Dermatology at the Dermatology Clinic of the University of Rome in 1983.
Mattia joins Emotest in 2021 where he is in charge of the nursing department. In this context, he practices drip activities, implantation of peripheral venous catheters, medications, subcutaneous and intramuscular injections and culture swabs. In addition, Mattia carries out nursing activities at patient’s domicile such as insertion of bladder catheters, nasopharyngeal swabs and blood samples. Prior to joining our group, Mattia practiced as an assistant cardiologist nurse and gained experience as front desk receptionist and volunteer rescuer.
Mattia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the Marche Polytechnic University in 2016. In 2020, he obtained a Master's degree in basic and advanced echocardiography (Sonographer) at the University of Padua.
